110 Night Comfort Guarantee
EzoBed provides a 110 Night Comfort Guarantee with the original purchase of every mattress. The 110 Night Comfort Guarantee of EzoBed products covers solely the original purchaser who remains in possession of the original purchased product and receipt at the time of a claim.
EzoBed requires that a customer sleep on their EzoBed mattress for a minimum period of 30 nights to provide adequate time for the customer to adjust to the features and qualities of the new mattress and for the mattress to adjust to the customer. This policy will allow the customer to properly evaluate satisfaction. During the adjustment period, EzoBed will not allow any refunds or exchanges prior to 30 days from delivery.
The terms of the 110 Night Comfort Guarantee include: (i) Customers must notify EzoBed customer service in writing of their wish to return the mattress on or before the 110th day, which begins on the date of delivery of the mattress (“trial period”); (ii) Any return of a mattress must include any additional products received by the customer as part of the purchase of the mattress (i.e., pillows purchased separately from the mattress); (iii) customer will arrange for pick-up and shipping of the mattress to EzoBed (and any other products received by the customer and included in the cost of the mattress); (iv) EzoBed will refund 100% of the total cost paid for the returned items less cost of shipping and handling and inspection and after EzoBed has confirmed inspection of all products and completed return; (v) Mattress is returned in original condition, with law tags intact, without stains or damage, and in original plastic covering. The refund will be made by crediting the original method of payment for the purchase.
The 110 Night Comfort Guarantee does not apply to EzoBed pillows, sheets, mattress protectors, and other accessories purchased separately from and not included with the purchase of the mattress. Returns of such products are permitted only if another applicable return warranty applies.
Returns for other reasons may require a restocking fee.
Damage or Defect Upon Delivery Warranty
All EzoBed mattresses include a warranty that covers any damage or defect upon delivery. This Damage and Defect Upon Delivery Warranty covers solely the original purchaser of a mattress who remains in possession of the purchased product at the time of a warranty claim. The terms of this warranty include: (i) If an EzoBed mattress arrives damaged or in an unusable condition, EzoBed will promptly repair or replace the mattress at no additional charge to the customer; (ii) The customer must notify customer service by email within 36 hours of receipt of the delivery item for this warranty to remain valid; and (iii) EzoBed will have sole and final determination to elect between repair and replacement of a product pursuant to circumstances and this warranty.
